A favorite song of mine from 461. Coming out of a long layoff, that album was a surprising change of pace for EC. I saw him in Columbus, Ohio, on his comeback tour after this release. He came out playing 461 songs, all acoustic. The crowd was appreciative, and a little nervous, unsure of what to expect. After the first beautiful acoustic set, he plugged in and showed that he was still the man.9 years ago

Actually hardly known artist Cowboy wrote it, Duane just played dobro over it, and actually missed a note. I also sort of have minor beef with Clapton for changing the name and total sound of it. That's how the blues works, but you have to pay homage somewhat.10 years ago
