when i first heard of this, i was all like "who the fuck made a musical about lestat and why", but now i'm kinda sad i can't see it. and elton john is awesome, but it's not so great that, like the only good-quality records of the songs that we have are the demos, where elton john sings everyone... ._.

I don't know what you've listening to by Elton but this wouldn't make my top 200 of his songs. Didn't you even find the Goodbye Yellow Brick Road album any good? Funeral for a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding is impressive, for starters.

@Frizzly06 Lol, Sorry. I both adore the Vampire Chronicles, and Marius. He and Lestat are always neck and neck for my favorite in Rice's series. That and I'm a huge fan of Elton John's work. He's brilliant.
