There are only TWO "new" EJ studio albums I've purchased, and this is one of them. I would place this record w/ his best 70's records- yes, that's how GOOD I think this is! I remember reading all of these outstanding reviews & thinking "well perhaps I should check this new record out" all the while reconciling myself to the fact that he'd never, EVER make anything close to his 70's greatness, but I was wrong! If you buy any post-70's EJ studio records, THIS is the one to buy!

I've been to the Mansfield street he mentions, and it captures the area perfectly. Mansfield has great architecture and a totally different feeling from the "mean streets" just two blocks away. It's magical.
