@philcore2008 They would never have appealed to a mass audience, I don't think. Their sound wasn't too far off what did get really popular at the time, but the contents of the lyrics certainly wasn't. And I think songs like this would've been too heavy to chart. Still, I fucking loved them, and wish there were more like them still putting out music that has even half the quality et9 had. One of the best gigs I ever saw - earthtone9 in Dublin's Shelter 9 years, 8 days ago.

Lost my copy of this album years ago, have always had this unbelieveably heavy intro and intricate riff in my head, and now someone posts it on youtube, thank you!! ET9 - metal as it should be..
