Had to smile a bit at: "All the things that I love and hold dear to my heart, they're just borrowed, they're not mine at all,"that was what me and my spouse sang when we sat on a borrowed couch in a rented apartment.  Love that song, never knew who wrote it till now.  Heard Fred Hyde sing it in New Zealand back in 1978-9.
