Dolly didnt even decide what she sung. She was miserable on the Porter Wagner show and here you all calling her a bitch and a racist? Dolly didn't even have a say in the songs SHE WROTE! Porter tried to take her rights to the publishing. He sued her. All of you are ignorant. In addition to this, in the smokey mountains there were no slaves. The land was too hard to work and the conditions the people lived in were similar to what slaves were given. They didn't have to live in fear but they did live in squaller and worked hard. Dolly is the nicest person in the world. She's bold and brave and is one of the few people in country music outwardly against sexism racism homophobia and transphobia.
