Not that I dislike Xibalba, I love Xibalba but they draw lots of '90s influences. Eg seputura, crowbar, morbid angel, unbroken, turmoil, and torn apart. They're far from original no doubt but in my eyes they pull off the whole doom/sludge crossover with metalcore very well. Dem breakdowns! ;)

Bridge 9 vocals! That is an honest legit description that I've been looking to use and you are correct as well. And anyone who has ears should know what B9 vocals means/sounds like. I've been calling it the youth crew/posi vocals even though those hipster kids moved onto ripping off later NYC bands instead of Youth of Today. Thumbs up. PS. Can probably be referred to as Reaper Records vocals as well while we're at it.
