I remember my school teacher giving me a copy of this in 1973 when I left his class, I never forgot it, or him he was a very inspirational teacher and very unconventional, we had sofas in the classroom and easy chairs, I remember everything he taught me. Cannot imagine a teacher like him surviving the mad world nowadays. To me he was a real and genuine teacher.
