Dennis DeYoung is the ultimate voice of STYX, however I can't hide my excitement to August Zadra singing and lead guitar, he nailed it. Good for Dennis, he is 68 now but still deliver a fantastic show, and those "Tommy and James wannabes" are great players... They should record a new album together, because they are promising band

Of the two broken factions of Styx, this is the one I'd rather see. DeYoung's vocals, keyboards and stage presence are sorely missing from Young and Shaw's current version of Styx. Rock all you want, no Dennis, no Styx for me.

This is awesome, as Tommy Shaw is lazy on both the guitar and voice these days, and sounds bad through the autotuner he sings through. Saw his Styx at Summerfest, and DDY's band at Summerfest a few days apart, and man does DDY do far better justice to the songs. He works the crowd a lot better, too.
