High n' Dry was a ballsy album.Leppard did great when working with Mutt Lange, but how the mighty have fallen making pop ballads almost exclusively in an effort to "move units" according to Elliot.

I don't know about selling out. I would say the just evolved to a different direction. Nobody accuses the Beatles of selling out because they abandoned A Hard Days Night for Sgt. Pepper's.

I agree with the comments concerning most anything post-Pyromania. I wasn't a fan of Hysteria at all. But the guys in the band probably couldn't hear my complaints over the sound of counting their money.
