One of my favorite songs from the legendary Nagash.

Symphonic Black Metal with Cosmic themes. And to my astonishment, the song wasn't here so here you go. xD

Lyrics:

Reach beyond the constellations

A movement towards the monumental

Universal secrets - the cosmic error

Sculptured by those dying generations

I drank the passions of those lost in the paradox...

As the stars touched my essence

The last of all creation wept

Paralyzed with wonder and confusion

Blurred by the serpents temptation

I drank the passions of those lost in the paradox...

Entangled in a swirling black aura of united burning chaos

Anthems to the forgotten masters - a gathering equilibrium

"Reach beyond the constellations

A movement towards the monumental

Universal secrets - the cosmic error

Sculptured by those dying generations"

I wondered....As we beheld the world about us

I knew....As I beheld the cosmos about me

Compelled towards the spiritual black dimensions aura

As I reached for outer dimensions my spirit became complete

Yes, this band is very good. As to the last part of my comment, I seem to have mistaken this band with another band named The Kovenant. Haha. "Guys the band name Covenant is taken..." "We'll just name ourselves The Kovenant instead, with a K." XD

It's because is not normal blackmetal, Is Avant Garde Black Metal, something like Unexpect but more dark and heavy but with the same essence :)

It says Nagash in the description, are they both proper names or is the description wrong?

My first comment has been deleted and I don't know why. I thank that Steinar Sverd composed this album because of the style changes after his leaving and because of the similitudes between the first Covenant albums and his work in Arcturus. I just used my common sense, but maybe I should not have claimed it as the truth. Still : we're on the internet and you're probably not the real Nagash, so don't be offended if I don't change my point of view. ;)

OH Nagash is from Dimmu Borgir, sorry for being totally ignorant on black metal artists, love the style (as does my mom strangely enough....), just never correlated the Kovenent with Dimmu Borgir and such.

@bakvarnyu well, once there was no one to rein Nagash in his madness came to the surface so from second album forward Kovenant sucks... although there are still dark techno fans who like it I know
