The basis of your critique was that my description was "inaccurate". And weather or not HH was a member of Dimmu at the time makes no difference, the point is he was a member at some point. It matters not to your original point anyway. It was accurate enough!

hey, if trolls've been givin u a hard time as u say its not really my prob bro.. my argument was clear, hellhammer wasnt a DB member at the time of N.Polaris and I THINK that the same goes for the guitarist. He probably joined DB later on. Used to listen to loads of BMetal during those days but its been almost 15 years and I cant remember facts anymore. What's sure is that heavy metal press used to credit them as a black metal all star band and not a DB project. cheers

Holy shit I was totally wrong about being wrong, you were inaccurate. By my recollection on this album there are not just 2 but 3 people who have been members of Dimmu at some point. There's Nagash, Astennu and Hellhammer. I just now noticed that, I knew I was remembering it right. And I'm the dumb ass for believing you. I take back that last comment about it being a fair criticism, it was a complete fallacy.

From what I know, Covenant was formed by Blackheart (guitars) and Nagash (bass/vocals), who also was in Dimmu Borgir, joined by Hellhammer (drums) and Sverd (keyboards), then Astennu from Dimmu Borgir was asked to join them on guitars, and Sarah Jezebel Deva (Cradle of Filth) on vocals. In my opinion this album is a classic. I had it on tape when it appeared and played the sh!t out of it :).
