I was named after this song!My father was an artist and his voice was IDENTICAL too Cat Stevens!He unfortunetly commited suicide when I was only a year old in 1980-but anyone that knew him,or of him,cannot listen to Cat Stevens without thinking of "Martin Dougherty"!My name was supposed to be 'Maria',but when I was born I had the biggest dark-brown eyes(and he thought of this song) so he insisted that my name be 'Randi'!

These songs are absolutely beautiful, precious, poignant and profound! Cat Stevens is all of these--along with artists like Dan Fogelberg, Jackson Browne, etc! Cat stevens was not only a great songwriter and musician, but he had that 1 in 7 billion voice! That voice is so very beautiful! Love, BobbyK
