But man, that's the style of the group, is like say "Look at this guy Marilyn Manson, he is so weird singing" of course he is weird, this is his style. So, of course he sings "wthout emotion", is the style of the band and we (the fans) love this.

I think the deadpan tone (which this song isn't even a great example of btw), and the fact he sings behind the beat or stretches some beats adds so much to their style. It gives them that edge. I love it.

I'm going to get abuse for this, but fuck it. I know it's ironic coming from a Chili Peppers fan but this band would be so much better with a better singer, because not only is he a bad singer, he's not a great showman. other than that, I'll take my hat off to the band.
