Buddy Guy and the Damn Right Blues Band perform a bit of the Jimi Hendrix classic "Voodoo Child (Slight Return)" that Hendrix originally recorded for his 1968 album "Electric Ladyland". "Sunshine of Your Love" is also played. Cream originally recorded that song in 1967 for their album "Disraeli Gears". This was recorded @ Amager Bio in Copenhagen, Denmark on July 9th, 2010.

@Alvin Geter WTF has being from England got anything to do with it. I call bull shit on you're comments. Have you're favourite yes, but don't be derogatory towards others to justify it.

Great tune as done by a blues Master!

Clapton better? Guy is the blues and has bested clapton at every venue theyve shared. Clapton is technically accurate and by the book. Buddy is Primal, rattles bones, taps into the soul. no book can teach u what he's got. Claptons from England.

If you have something negative to say about the way Buddy Guy plays a guitar, thats your prerogative, everyone has their right to an opinion ... just dont expect me to hear a word you say from then on...You've already proven yourself a musical moron

Oh my! I'm not sure what artists you listen to but always take note and always respect those that pioneered the way for your favorite artists because I swear they wouldn't have taken up guitar or be where they are now if it wasn't for the likes of Buddy and BB.

Buddy Guy was a huge influence on JMH and pioneered a lot of what Hendrix took to another level, which has yet to be equaled, let alone surpassed. Buddy is one of JMH's creators, musically speaking, and Buddy loved what he helped create. God Bless Buddy Guy and all he has contributed to black culture and world culture.
