She's a great player, no doubt about that, and I bet it was fantastic live, it's overflowing with energy, but I've got to be honest I find it a bit boring on youtube. I don't think she's really bringing anything new to the table? I think she only left the E pentatonic once (3:00) and it doesn't sound to me like she's really confident at that point, evidently not confident enough to explore the new sound she opens up anyway. It's like listening to Jimi without any of the Jiminess. She's scared to go into the unknown, which I think is the problem, Jimi would dive in heard first. Peace

I know she's trying to be a good show live. but that is one of the worst versions I've ever heard. Way to much distortion. And what's with when she turns left hand over the neck and slides it up, all flash, no chops. All that distortion and just pumping the wawa pedal makes pure noise. , I always thought she was better than this. And that guitar tech that handed her the guitar should have done his job and tuned it first.

Nice tribute. Def sounds like she can shred to me...and seems around 30-40k people at that stadium agree??I play guitar too. We've all got our own style, tone (what sounds good to us), showmanship, and playing, that's why their are so many of us guitar players out there. The haters should stop griping and get practicing...I mean, how are you going to be mad at ANYONE for playing JH. Really?? ^_^ Lastly, my 4yr old daughter sees/hears her dad jamming Jimi tunes every night. I bet she'd think playing guitar was way cooler seeing a girl do it. Girls rock too!!
