if you google Lee Dorsey Steven Van Zandt you should be able to see images from NME website about a gig in 1975, Steven's not wearing anything (on his head I should add!!)

I like this version better too. But he seems to be making up the lyrics as he goes along and even decides to groan instead, maybe he can't remember them or hasn't finish them yet. That must be why he had to re-record the whole song to put on The Promise box set.

Hey Gatsby, just look at photos of Bruce over the years. Look at photos from 1995 and 1996, when he was really going bald. Then look at photos from 1999, then 2007, then now. Look at the cover of Tunnel Of Love from 1988, and then look at the big hair extensions from 1992. Everyone loves Bruce. I can tell you are real passionate yourself, but remember, he is only human also. Look at the Rosalita video from 1978, then look at him in 1984. He was always getting plugs or extentions.

Bruce has had many hair implants over the years, but he did it the smart way. very gradually so it wasn't noticed too much. But if you watch videos from around 1995, he is very visually going bald. I don't blame him. If I could afford it, I would have done the same thing. The great thing about Bruce is that he has always stayed in shape.
