the energy - feeling - vibe of the times when this was first released - would any current artist have the skills or intent to write a song of such meaning about the times we live in now - NO is the answer - Dylan is too important to be forgotten - even if there is little of his work on UT - and those that are have such little hits -

It's not though is it, the lyrics are similar but not the same. The melody is alsoa bit different, like a lot of folk songs Dylan took a classic song and reworked it.
