After reading all the comments I now know so many of you feel the same blue October is amazing. His lyrics to mean so much to so much of us. Top 3 bands of mine is thirty seconds to mars, twenty one pilots, and of course Blue October. When lyrics can change your life like that and give you something to live for I think it's incredible. I too like so many of you suffered from addiction. Pills, heroin, alcohol. I also cut myself and was very suicidal. I experienced a trauma were I was raped by 2 men and I knew my attackers as well trusted them both thought these men were my friends. After the horror I went thru that night my life went down hill. But as fucked up as it sounds music like this saved my life. Remember most importantly my friends today you don't have to fall apart. Today I don't have to be affraid . I don't have to have what happened to me consume me. I'm a rape survivor not a victim anymore.

Blue October has helped me a lot in my life. I know it sounds weird, but they have. They helped me feel as though I'm not alone in this world. That other people deal with bad things. They helped me through my depression and my divorce. Music does many things for people and I thank blue October for helping me through dark times in my life. Just remember, you are not alone in this world.
