Blue Cheer is an American blues-rock band that initially performed and recorded in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and has been sporadically active since. Based in San Francisco, Blue Cheer played in a psychedelic blues-rock style, and are also credited as being pioneers of heavy metal music.

The last cut on this album titled "The same old story" is funny. Singers girl friend is making excuses for cheating. Singer mocks her voice in the song. Hilarious, but I can't find it.

@fabadooable I know this because I saw them in 1968 when they were a quality band. Vincebus Eruptum and Outsideinside are quality albums. It is actually rock while this shite is just soft rock.

@qwerty129834761 Why the Hate bra shoot thees guys had just made it through the most wicked hard drug abuse that any band had any right to survive. That Dickie made it as long as he did is a testament to the abuse the human body can absorb and keep ticking.So my brother take it all in stride before you hate without any Idea of what the band had been through.
