*Smoke on the Water - Live*Not exactly the original but still with Ritchie Blackmore in there. This is live from 2012 and shows Blackmore's Night performing. Great version of a classic from 40 years ago (am I really that old?)Should come up with a version of them dong Child in Time at the end too and that is worth a listen. A great version of one of my Deep Purple favourites#deeppurple #ritchieblackmore #blackmoresnight #smokeonthewater

Something tells me they don't play Highway Star.

Sounds to me like they did not have time to rehearse this one. There are not any bands that sound good doing a song they haven't rehearsed. Not even a band as good as Blackmores Night.

And it would have been much worse me not filming this at all, beeing in the last row and filming not allowed anyway(!) will remember next time and spare you people from this rubbish of rare performances, better you never get to see them at all <3

It would have been much better if you didn't sway the camera around too much and focus on the band....

I really don't think they should play this song-It's not in keeping with the band and I'm personally tired of listening to it and everytime some idiot shouts for it at a live gig I squirm. I would prefer them do Child in Time, Temple of the King,Street of dreams,Sixteenth century Greensleeves etc if Ritchie wants to thank his lifelong fans. Same goes for Black night.

The main solo kind of sucked. He was just putting licks next to each other, it didn't really make too much sense. The short solo in the end was good though.

As all guitar players need to know the riff, each drum player need to know the drum parts for this song. I mean this drumming ruined a very special moment, where the master revisited his gem.

Пидорок, мне лично творчество Ritchie в его "неженатом"периоде нравится больше.
