Lyrics:

And so in my small way

I'm a big man on Mulberry street

I don't mean all day

Only at night when I'm light on my feet

What else have I got

That I'd be trying to hide

Maybe a blind spot

I haven't seen from the sensitive side

Don't be mistaken. I love Billy Joel. I've been a fan since the 80's. He's still a great musician but his vocals have gone to shit. He needs to drop an octave when going to the high portion of the song and can't do without the backing vocals. No doubt due to the alcohol abuse.

You can't fit into the groove anymore Billy because your drummer and guitar player just suck. End of story... You screwed up a good thing back in the late 80's ...remember.

Billy is such an intraspective person, all these hits, and I think he could care less. He wrote them for himself, and shared them with us, and we responded. Thanks again Billy.

Ive got to disagree in the late 1970s he was much better! I love Billy Joel and am seeing him in November. I think this is a really good performance and played in a different way. He doesnt hit the high notes as well and it doesnt have the same energy as say the 1987 ussr live version but he is 64! I thought it was dam good though!
