Bad Religion!!!! \m/

Label: Epitah Records

Producer: Joe Barresi

I dont own the rights I just want to the people to ear good music

Writer: Brett Gurewitz

Lyrics:

Well let me bend your ear

Because I'm never really there

When shadows turns to light

And hope into despair

There was an only one

But the broody skies above

Brought down a shameful stain

And not a single drop of cleaning rain

Let me say

(Oh oh) well there's no place left to hide

(Oh oh) from the loneliness inside

The road to you is paved right through with bloody good intentions

And missin' you is like kissin'

Cyanide

Well in this world of things

One of them is lost

I've been it in my dreams

But not without a cost

Down a lonely street

It was our destiny to meet

Nobody asked you twice

We found purchase then with no requite (nothing nice)

(Oh oh) well there's no place left to hide

(Oh oh) from the loneliness inside

The road to you is paved right through with bloody good intentions

And missin' you is like kissin'

Cyanide

Would you believe in something good that's so wrong

And have you worshiped our invention

I've paid my debt in coin and sweat with trifling hesitation

Because the road to you is paved with good intentions

(Oh oh) well there's no place left to hide

(Oh oh) from the loneliness inside

The road to you is paved right through with bloody good intentions

And missin' you is like kissin'

gotta say i wasn't too impressed with this lp but its a grower! BR (best band in the world (still going!)) anyway one day i day a few years later after i'd started to pick up one some songs esp 'Prodical Son'? (i think its New Maps oops!)& (i felt the lyrics at times described my life! I know ego mania!!!) I sat down in pertect stereo comfortably on my couch with me legs up (duel lymphodemia!!!) with lyric book in hand And cranked it up and read/song along by the end of the lp i freaking blown away!! Fucking brilliant a real grower!!!!! Since i've tryed the same with 'New maps of Hell' but havent got the same reaction :-( But glad to hear their latest lp is their biggest seller and i love it it only BR could write a lyrically (and precisice) convulted song call FUCK YOU!!, fave song str8 away was 'Dharma and the Bomb' Yours Dxx

I know its a totally different song, and while both are awesome as fuck[ing], this kicks Metallica's song by the same name 100x over on a rainy day.

@dakotakay13 You compare Bad Religion with The Maine? fie upon your house, fie I say. It's just the same chord progression

@greatexpectat1ons320 Have you ever met a person who made you feel like everything they did was wrong? have you ever been on the side where you feel depraved from being yourself when you are around another, i guess not but i assume that has something to do with this song, I like this song because it reminds of all the things i've dreamed which came true, Let's just say some people are too good to last long in this universe, that makes more sense than anything else, i hope. I had a hangover..lol

I wish there was an app on Google+ to share what I'm listening to. I have great taste in music. :)

@greatexpectat1ons320 I thought the same thing when I first listened to the song. Didn't sound like them at all. and it sounds just like a Wallflowers song in the opening. I think it's called The Difference. Still confused as to the Wallflower sound but it's still a good song.

@greatexpectat1ons320 Ya, with 'best' I ment, the most commercial attractive one for a broader audience. But you understood me well :)

@emiledingemans That's your opinion and I respect that, although I myself enjoy "The Devil In Stitches" more.

@greatexpectat1ons320 I'm sorry, but this is the best song on their album. I just don't get why they did not release this one first. It's a hit catcher!
