i have this album and i think this version is awesome. so simple, so clear and precise.. i love it! most other songs on this album are fantastic covers also, like steve earle singing candy man and bruce cockburn singing avalon blues.. fantastic tribute album12 years ago

@josephcormier I agree! The only version I like as good as this, or better, is Mississippi John Hurt's own version of his own song. I think she does this as she thought he would like it.
