After Cat Steven stated that he thought that Salmon Rushdie should be executed because of the "Satanic Verses", they pulled it from subsequent publishing of the album and stopped performing it live. Given that Cat Stevens (or Yusuf Islam) stated that someone should be executed for writing a piece of fiction about Mohammad, it makes sense not to perform or sell a song called "Peace Train". With that said, Natalie has vocal cords of gold and I love the Maniacs.
