Dylan looked right out of it and the rest of them looked embarrassed to be there. Ouch! What a waste of talent.

LOLOLOL - the WORST cluster ever imaginable in rock and roll. Just God awful... They should ALL be extremely embarrassed. Absolutely awful...

I'm going to sound like an ignorant person here but who is the old guy playing guitar? At 5:23, George holds him.Is that Les Paul?

This is total chaos. And who is the guitar player who just won't quit playing? It's like a tinny, annoying buzz. A garage band could do a better job.

Thank goodness George Harrison was there to clue Dylan into what was happening there. Obviously Bob had nothing to do with the planning or execution of this performance...but it seemed like everyone else was in on it. Only George seemed to realize that Dylan was needing some guidance into the planned tribute that they had worked out with out consulting Dylan first.

I would've loved to hear Harrison record a cover of All Along the Watchtower. He did an excellent job with "If Not for You" and "Abandoned Love"
