People are too busy trying to make songs like the original. What's the point in redoing them if they sound exactly like the original. No two singers are going to sound alike. Alan did a great version of this. I think Sammys is better but Alan has own style.

I agree with bigmarty56...Everything is lost in this version by Alan !! I love Alan but this is just not for him. The original by The Amazing Rhythm Aces has it all...You can hear it, see it, & feel it !! All of that is lost here. Even Sammy's version is better than Alan's but , for me.... I'll just stick with the original...It can't be beat ! !
