Well-said. I totally agree. Just to clarify what I meant: The big names in this genre tend to be Bob Dylan, Peter, Paul, and Mary, and Simon & Garfunkel, all of whom were great. For me personally, Al Stewart puts so much substance into his works, both musically and lyrically. Lyrically his stories are unmatched because of his passionate interest in history and literature. Musically I think he's explored far beyond his contemporaries. But (unfortunately) many know him only for Year of the Cat etc
