Talented singer when he isn't singing others song. Leave this one to Steven Tyler. He sounds just too pop to sing real rock like Aerosmith. 6 out of 10 just because of his showmanship. The voice needs some age and grit to sing rock!

Actually, ST was a judge the next season when Adam guested on Idol, sang incredibly (as always) but not Cryin'...and...ST not only didn't give him a SO, but appeared to be out & out scowling. Not a word of appreciation-or anything. Jealous?? Yeah boy.. with real good reason..ST is not the humble rock star Adam is...who is?

Agreed! This studio ver sounds a bit too clean/produced... Adam's known for being able to sing better live anyway, esp. when he does rock cos he's able to channel his darker side and exude this incredible spontaneous pure, raw, sexy and dangerous energy when he performs! The day he releases a rock album is the day I will die happy.... I'm waiting for a collaborate btw him and Slash! And he better start writing songs with Queen already!!!
