The tune at the end is Four Nights Drunk, as somebody else has said.It is not improvised (apart from the arrangement) and it's NOT a jig, it's a reel!

The guy with the white hair looks funny, but he seems to be a great musician, so who cares how someone looks like? I love that song.

A Simple Life is the Life for Me, a man&awife &a family&theLordupabove heknowsI'mtryingtoleadasimplelifeinadifficult time. I used to sit around fussin at the phone all day, winding up alone and it made me say never again will I be that way(rpt). Well I work 6 days and rest for one cause the ole rat race aint never been won.i sit back and watch em run, I kick on back and I watch em run. Chorus:substitute steak and a knife&a glass of tea. If you can get the Transatlantic Sessions CD, it is probably the most valuable set of music you will ever find. The best of the best. What a treasure.

something i notice about the transatlantic sessions, they always put sounds of water between the sets, is so wonderfullly soothing!

And they end the simple life with Four Nights Drunk. A tune about a bloke that stumbles home and finds his Missus has been entertaining a back door man. Oh the irony.
