Oh man ! I had the priviledge of playing bass behind "Windy" at Mike Bruno's Hacienda, in Santa Rosa, Calif. in back 1967 ( I think). It was probably four or five in the morning. The jam would start at three and go until noon. A truly fantastic place for a young bass player to learn his craft.
