The ever mind-expanding Wire. Odd notes, minor keys, uniquely textures chords, celestial synthesizer ambiences, stream-of-consciousness lyrics that can be personalized to the listener's sense of alienation, call-and-response effects with between the various instruments. wire are particularly brilliant because they were essentially two different bands. You had the miles ahead of its time punk and post-punk of Pink Flag, Chairs Missing and 154, and then Wire part 2 which gave us amazing songs such as this, Ahead, Point of Collapse, etc.13 years назад
