I just came from seeing Word Becomes Flesh a poem/play written by Marc Bamuthi Joseph that was put on as part of the DC Hip Hop Theater Festival and one of the standouts was someone by the name of B. Yung. Little did I know it was Brook Yung until I started doin some research. i caught this vid some time ago on Vh1 soul and dug the vibe. He's definitely on my radar now.
