The only thing that sounds the same as Who Got The Props is the break beat sampled and looped, it's the same beat used in WGTP. Everthing else is an "Interpolation" and a way to create the sound of the original without having to clear and pay for samples and therefore keeping more publishing royalties for yourself which is smart.
