How did Michael Nesmith change out his guitars so fast while playing live? He's playing a tan 12-string electric guitar, then he's playing a brown 6-string half a second later. I've been researching 12-string electrics, like the Rickenbacker, but the Rickenbacker's body looks too weird, so if I ever become a good guitar player, I think I might go for the tan 12-string that Nesmith plays.

Mike did in fact write quite a number of the songs, starting with the first album, Sweet Young Thing, Mary, Mary, You Just May Be the One, All the King's Horses, The Girl I Knew Somewhere, As well as Linda Ronstadt's hit Different Drum. Listen to the Band, Circle Sky are only a few of his gems. And as of the third album, Headquarters, they did play instruments on the albums. They are four underrated talented guys, rest in peace, Davy.
