Levi Stubbs, like Ray Charles and James Brown, had a very melodious voice,this song is a perfect example. But, it seemed that many great voices wentpermanently 'horse'. This is a great example of a wonderful voice sing a prefectsong. And the Shivaree set is marvelous. It showed the best of our generation,no phony 'set ups' it was all real.

What I love about these guys is that they stayed together longer than any Group out there, even longer than The Temptations, The Stones and even The Beach Boys. Sadly only Abdul "Duke" Fakir is still alive.
