Try listening to their (Mike Smith's) cover of "Love Me Tender", I don't think you'll find a better cover of that particular Elvis song from anybody else. Always appreciate everyone's comments, many thanks.

Why would DC5 ever cover Elvis? They'd only end up sounding like a million other lounge bands and really, who's going to top Elvis doing Elvis? What's the point unless you put a fresh spin on it. I do love The Dave Clake Five's music and Elvis is a musical God, if there ever was one.
