Are you confusing several artists? Steve did release "Liver" and performed his songs with a punkier, almost angry, sound in the 90s. However I do not believe he lost a daughter. He and his wife D.L. do have a daughter, Sarah who is alive and well. Now Steven Curtis Chapman lost a daughter in 2008 in a horrible driveway accident. Steve lost a good friend in Rich Mullins in 1997. (See Rich Mullins wearing Steve Taylor's coat in his The Color Green video, because Rich failed to pack warm clothes.)

I always thought of Steve Taylor as one of the original alternative artists really. Thanks Steven for his honesty on this one. I met bosses like this and didn't like them.... If you can't vote for anyone else for president write Roland Steven Taylor in as your write candidate.....he won't take crap from either party....
