@williwo "“My Dark Hour,” which closes the album, was co-written with Paul McCartney, who also sings backup and plays bass (as Paul Ramon). Paul didn't want credit, nor the cash, thus the pseudonym.Yes, I know what the writing credits say. But you can not lie on the credits, just on who played. Paul could not be Paul Ramon on the credit writing for royalty checks reasons.

steve thought this was gonna be his first big hit...so much for that. glad he kept the riff, and turned it into gold..steve's riff, paul just played on this, not wrote it...
