The first song I tried to learn on the guitar. Her singing brings wonderful life to this song and she is well servied by the band. It is an enormous shame she was criminally unappreciated in her lifetime.

Ahhhh, there's the great Gerry Conway. Really dig his style, which shows through exquisitely on some of Jethro Tull's best tracks. He played drums on most of Cat Steven's recordings as well. The song is based on a traditional folk song in origin a Scottish border ballad, with this version credited to Woody Guthrie. It was covered by Dylan (and many others) in 92, under the title "Blackjack Davey".
