You guys must be kidding, this whole LP is Great. I love Hip Hop Music and i surely would have said this LP sucked back in the days. but as time goes by you come like many different stuffs, specially when you make music yourself. , i knew this records because of the beatnuts years ago and finally got my hands on the LP. And it's good, she has a great voice and production is pretty good.

I agree. Her song Wildwood Saloon is so smooth R&B and I said to myself "Why the hell this song was never played on R&B radio stations because that song is a jam" lol.

Met her when she played at Sheffield Poly Union in the late 70s. It was an 18s and over venue, yet she was no more than 17. I was among the stage crew provided by the Students Union so got to meet her at the soundcheck and after the show. Very nice lass who put on a great performance. I have the album on white vinyl and this was always one of my favourite tracks too.

I'm sorry, but if Rachel Sweet had more songs like "It's So different Here", she'd cross over to R&B like David Bowie and all others. This is R&B! I'd say, "Damn you, Rachel" out of love, of course. It's a wonderful jam.
