I remember this as a kid. I was in the 5th grade and loved this girl named Melissa Turner. We had our Halloween thing at school, and we all dressed up in our costumes and came to the school in the evening. Games, food, etc. And Melissa wore a poodle skirt and this song came on in the room where they had a little dance going on. Ah, the friggin' memories. Beat me, Susan.
