I really like the song, but the chorus sounds a lot like the song "Remember Me When The Candlelight is Gleaming" written in 1939. I don't know if Phil intentionally tried to place his lyrics in the song or if it's just another "George Harrison incident" or if great minds just think alike in rhythm. Still, a very good song.

A friend of mine Burt Berger covered this song but slowed it down like a James Taylor ballad and it was amazing.

One of Ochs's very early songs. A powerful indictment on the ever repeated circle of violence and war. What Ochs would have to say about Drones and 'preventive war' policies we now have one can only imagine.
