"To Cry About" is the first title from Mary Margaret O'Hara's 1988 debut album, "Miss America." Despite having written "hundreds" of songs, and other than her 1991 Christmas EP, and the soundtrack for the 2000 film "Apartment Hunting," "Miss America" remains the only LP O'Hara released. The album debuted to critical acclaim, and some now say it is one of the best rock/pop albums of the 20th Century. In 2010 "The Guardian" said her "wonderful vocals," as "devastatingly delicate as shattering glass," are rarely heard now, leaving her "one of modern music's most mysterious creatures."
