Hey, thanks James, but isn't that chord just a G maj 7? Wouldn't it need an A to make it a maj 9?

It's on my bucket list to learn this, feel It'll be a while yet before I have this confidence to tackle it. James can you go down to 10% speed to give me a chance ;-)

"I've seen fire and I've seen rain." What does that mean anyway? Exactly what it means? Is it like some sort of reference to his drug addiction?

James, I still have the original LP, however worn it may be. This song has meant so much to me, so very many times. Thank you seems so ... inadequate.

learned this years ago but watching Mr. Taylor play it from afar always perplexed me about what he was ACTUALLY doing. Now I see those odd chord fingerings..it's very impressive..

Yes, amazing artist, indeed. But, you have to admit, most of his chord fingerings are done as if by a sightless man with severe palsy. Oh so crazy but it works so well! I'll admit, I think i've finally mastered the backwards A shape he makes and it does come in handy sometimes when switching chords. :)
