This must have come from a concert where both Dylan and Baez performed. The MC is equallylong winded and pompous introducing Dylan, but you can tell that he meant what he said sincerely. not many folk singers could/ can sing as beautifully as Joan could sing back then, and sing songs of other cultures besides their own and still sound so authentic. And she is an excellent guitarist as well.
