I just... I love everything about it. The lyrics, the harmonies over the chorus, the way the instruments come in and lay down the dynamics of the chorus, the piano soaked ballad section and its contrast with the next portion of electric guitar and drums that leave you with a mild lift, yet an awareness that your seemingly unchangeable fate has been dealt by your own hand. He's a good musician. I don't know if it's folk or punk or emo or British pop.. And the thing is I don't care. Sometimes a good song is just a good song, an artist is an artist. Labels seem to get in the way of the symbolic message embedded in music, the granting of passage and viewing of another humans soul.I could get used to this singer real quick.
