I've always been so confused by these lyrics. I realize they're a christian band, so they're no doubt talking about Jesus or something to that effect. Is she wanting to bang Jesus or something? I believe that the earth is our mother ... a perpetual womb that nourishes us until we are born anew into the real world.... the spirit world , where then we can come face to face with our Father who's seed ( sperm ) was planted into the earth to create man and planted into Mary who bore Jesus . by going to church u show God how much you love him. you say hey god i love u so much im gonna go to church with all these "hypocrites" and stand through the "boring sermon" just cuz i love u. that's what going to church does. not to mention we get closer to god.
