Elvis Presley recording at the Sun Studios in november 1955. This is an alternate take from this session. You can hear how things went at that time. Those guys trying to get it right and put it all together. Hear how Sam Phillips get in between, and "teach" Elvis how to record a song (although, ofcourse there was only one director.. ) :)

It also now clear that what you got on 'A Legendary Performer Volume 4' (and other releases afterwards) is actually parts from Take 3, Take 7, Take 6, and then Take 5 in that order. If you have the 3 cd box set, "A Boy From Tupelo" it will be heard much differently.10 years назад

This has got to be Takes 3, 4, and 5 which is the master. Because Take 1 is a false start, and Take 2 is rehearsals. Takes 6, 7 are a false start, and take 8 is a false start, never ever released until it came out on the 3 cd box set, "A BOY FROM TUPELO"11 years назад
