This is one of the most finely crafted and performed songs ever written. Being a song writer myself, I'm sure this one is very special for Ellis, not only because of its success but because you can tell it came straight from his heart. It touches you deeply, with the lyrics and music finding that perfect marriage. Ellis is an immensely talented writer. He must be very proud to have penned this gem. I know the experience of having a feeling or emotion and wanting to translate it into a song. Sometimes, it is a labor of love but every once in a while a song will write itself, as if it exists somewhere and you are just "channeling" it. At least it has been this way for me and I have heard other writers say the same. The mark of a truly great song is that you never grow tired of hearing it and "The World Ain't Slowing Down" is definitely one of them.

Love this song and I think the photography is great. That being said I feel the visuals are a little too literal. It's a great tune and it deserved a little more of an artistic touch in the video.

Someone sent this song to me the other day. I cried when I heard it. I've listened to it a bunch of times in the last couple of days. I love it. So bittersweet.. Makes you realize you need to get rid of everything that is holding you back.. Step out of your comfort zone... Letting go can be sad but can also be very empowering. The possibilities are endless. Great song ❤️ hope it inspires you the way it does me !!
